Stöd för laddning av elbilar

Vet inte om detta går o lösa med vad som finns på marknaden idag Men....
Om man kan mäta hur mycket ström det tas från varje fas så kan man få en elbil att ladda mer eller mindre från den fasen.
Idag är det ingen jättemarknad men vem vet.
Det som jag är ganska säker på inte finnns idag är någon enhet som ta signalen från tellstick och sen skickar rätt signal till laddaren i tex nissan leaf som då begränsar strömmen.
