Switch King - Forum

Ja har problem med att switchking dör efter ca 24-48h.

Ja får inte kontakt med den alls vaken via appen eller via switch king klienten på datorn.

felmedelandet från klienten lyder "återansluter"
sen får ja en error ruta ibland som säger:

An error occured when polling data from server.
Switch king client is temporaily disconnecting from server
Error message: the underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expekted to be kept alive wasclosed by the server
System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException

Starta om tjänsterna räcker inte utan ja får boota om.

Har samma problem sedan uppdatering av Tellstick duon firmware 10 ---> 12

Kolla gärna i serverns loggfiler där det kan finnas mer information.

Om du kör på Raspberry PI så kan det bero på att servern är nedlastad med för mycket värden för datakällor. Då kan du prova att logga värden mer sällan. Vissa temperaturgivare skickar t ex värden flera gånger i minuten och då växer databasen snabbt. Öppna inställningar för datakälla och välj fliken Historik. Där kan du justera hur ofta värden ska sparas.

Har samma problem efter updatering på duon 10---->12
